    Introduction: Nippon Kempo is a full-contact martial art that combines striking, kicking, grappling, and submission techniques, all practiced while wearing protective gear. In matches, you can score an “ippon” (full point) by delivering a powerful and controlled strike to the head or torso while dominating your opponent. The first competitor to win two points wins the match. Many of our members started martial arts in university, and we’ve had great success in competitions. No experience? No problem.
