Introduction: Nippon Kempo is a full-contact martial art that combines striking, kicking, grappling, and submission techniques, all practiced while wearing protective gear. In matches, you can score an “ippon” (full point) by delivering a powerful and controlled strike to the head or torso while dominating your opponent.
