  • Ritsumeikan University Sports Chanbara Circle

Introduction: Sports chanbara is a new sport where “you can have fun, but also be serious”, fighting with safe airsoft swords. Most players start in university, so you don’t have to worry even if you have no experience. You can improve at your own pace, making use of your previous athletic experiences. Also, because universities all over Japan have sports chanbara circles, you can interact with groups from other universities or join competitions. While expanding your friendship, you can take on a challenge for serious matches in the nation-wide rivalry. “I want to do something new from university”, “I’m looking for something I can get fired up with friends”.
