Introduction: Whether you enjoy brewing coffee, drinking it, visiting cafes, or simply have coffee-loving friends — any reason is welcome! Through roasting, brewing, and pop-up events, we deepen our theoretical understanding of coffee and explore the resulting flavor differences while having fun. New students are of course welcome, and upperclassmen are encouraged to join too!
