Introduction: Ritsuiba is a name formed by combining “Ritsumeikan” and “ibasho” (a place where one feels at home or belongs). Led primarily by Ritsumeikan University students, the organization operates in Ibaraki City with the aim of creating a safe and enjoyable space where children can meet university students and spend time together through play and interaction.
