Introduction: Iaido is an ancient Japanese martial art that uses a Japanese sword and involves a series of “kata” (forms) that involve sheathing the sword, drawing it, performing the technique, and then sheathing it again. Everyone who joins is a beginner, so you can start without hesitation.
